What you get

• Register employees in bulk. Add people one at a time or paste a list. New accounts get a temporary password; people who already have an account receive an invitation to accept.
• Or share a team code. Employees can sign up themselves and join your organization with your code.
• Assign courses and programs. Set due dates for individual courses or whole programs, such as Industrial Safety or Data Centre Safety.
• Track progress. See who has started, finished or is overdue, with lessons completed, quiz and exam results, time spent learning and last activity.
• Reports and certificates. Download CSV reports for your records and check every certificate with its verification number.

Employees are told that their employer can see their course progress, results, study time and certificates for as long as they belong to your organization. They can download their own data at any time.

Courses award certificates of completion. Safety courses are awareness-level training and do not replace the site-specific training, supervision and certified training your organization is legally required to provide.
